You may use this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems.
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site or collect data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or the servers and networks connected to it.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, photography, and design — is the property of Alibi Bar & Lounge or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Reservations & Events

Reservations made through our website are processed by third-party services (including Resy). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. Private event inquiries submitted through our website are requests only and do not constitute a confirmed booking until acknowledged in writing by our events team.

Text Messaging Terms

When you give Alibi your mobile number on a form on this website, two optional boxes sit under the phone field. Tick the first to receive text messages from Alibi about that inquiry or request. Tick the second to receive recurring marketing text messages from Alibi with event and menu news. Each box is its own consent; neither is ticked for you, neither is required, and ticking one is not a condition of any purchase. Leave a box clear and Alibi sends no texts of that kind. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

The wording on our forms, so you can check it here. The inquiry box: "Text me about my inquiry or request from Alibi. Messages about this inquiry only, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase." The marketing box: "Text me event and menu news from Alibi. Recurring marketing messages, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase."

When you call us at (617) 958-6574, our recorded menu says: "To have our booking link texted to you, press 1. For an existing reservation, press 2. For hours and directions, press 3. For private events, press 4. To speak with someone, press 5. To hear this again, press 0." Pressing the key that offers a text sends one text to the phone you are calling from, and the call tells you it was sent. After the hours are read, the menu offers them by text the same way. Those texts are not marketing.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number and your text messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Alibi Bar & Lounge makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Site’s operation, accuracy of content, or availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Suffolk County, Massachusetts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
