In search of a punctual, detail oriented individual who is able to multi-task, with great guest relation skills and in depth knowledge of steps of service. Familiarity with craft and classic cocktails a plus. Can you proactively anticipate a guest's needs while in a high volume, fast-paced patio and lounge? Able to maintain a positive working attitude and environment? Are you confident in approaching guests in a club atmosphere to take drink order as well as payments? Then you should apply! In search of a positive, upbeat individual to join our team! Must be able to welcome guests warmly, smiling and making eye contact as they enter the restaurant. Seat guests at their own pace, handing the appropriate menu(s) to each guest after they’re seated. Communicate with servers and managers regarding availability of tables, seating of large parties, or special requests so that guests receive seamless service. Handle guests’ complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues PLUS ONE to ensure overall guest satisfaction.

Greet guests warmly · Check ID’s · Keep accurate guest count · Hold a line outside the hotel when guest count approaches capacity· Communicate with managers about guest/VIP entrance· Maintain Alibi guest standards i.e. up holding dress code, cutting off intoxicated guests, keeping unruly guests out· Assess and determine guest entry/re-entry · Always be able to hold composure even in high stress situations.
Experience preferred but not required. Weekend shifts. Must be able to pass a background check.
